Doggy Farmhouse Resort
Our team of helpers (Zach and Caitlin) will take care of your dog and shower them with love! We offer an unrivaled 50 acres of woods, creek, and fields for your dog to have an incredible experience smelling all the smells. We have been running the dog-sitting operation at the farm for 3.5 years and are grateful to have a number of returning clients. These dogs are like part of the family. Dogs both big and small will be more than welcome at our 200-year-old farmhouse. We have experience administering puppy pills (yay, peanut butter), and have taken care of old and young dogs. We love them both. During the day, Zach and Caitlin will also be helping work around the property, so if your dog is very disturbed by people coming and going, we recommend finding a different sitter. To make sure that we are a good fit for your dog and vice versa, and to help your dog acclimate to the farm, we implement an extended meet and greet. If the initial meet and greet goes well (approx. 20 minutes), we ask you to either leave your pup then or at another time before the scheduled stay for 2 hours or overnight, whichever is more convenient for you. No charge. We find that this makes all parties confident in the success of the stay. We look forward to meeting your dog!

We had a great experience boarding our dog on Martin’s farm. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful from start to finish. They were able to accommodate a last-minute booking without hesitation and kept us updated along the way, which we really appreciated. Katiya came back happy, well cared for, and completely worn out in the best way. We wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again.
Lovely, cozy house and farm, where our Great Pyrenees had a perfect stay over the holiday period this year. Zach and Martin sent regular photo and video updates while we were gone - highly recommended!
My dog had a great stay with the assistant Kathryn. She was very patient with Domino through his separation anxiety and took great care of him while we were out of town. I will definitely reach out to her again to take care of our pup the next time we are in need of a dog sitter.
Chenzy loves his stays. A more personal touch than Doggie daycare and no stress when he comes home.

Zach and Caitlin work on the property, and my grandfather lives here, too, so there is always someone nearby to shower the pup with love and let them out.

Pets are precious, and we treat them as such. We understand how important pets are to people. They're members of the family. This means being careful and conscientious. When I'm house-sitting, I make sure to be respectful of the space that I'm in and share lots of photo updates.

We have plenty of woods to walk the pup in, and a creek as well. It is a joy for me to watch how much fun the dogs have running through the woods and playing with each other
