I am super responsive, and love sharing pics and short messages after my visits. I live in a townhome, so am accustomed to taking nice, long walks around the neighborhood or on local trails with my personal and foster dogs. I am diligent about keeping my pup's collar and leash attached properly and looped around my hand. I also always keep a very close eye on my pups and their surroundings, carry treats with me, and have never had an altercation between my dog and other dogs. This is also the very same care and love I will offer to your pet(s)!

A typical day
I love to engage dogs both physically and mentally during our time together. We will enjoy nice walks through your neighborhood or local park, as well as some fun play time, using any toys your pup loves - or just giving them lots of love and snuggles. :)

Pet care experience
I've recently retired from a career as an elementary school teacher, and am now excited to get started on Rover spending more time with my other love - animals! I've had dogs my whole life, and feel that I've always had an easy connection with all animals. I'm very experienced with puppies all the way through senior dogs. I also volunteer to help homeless dogs find their forever homes by fostering them through a local animal rescue. And, I've trained my own rescue pup, Maddy, to be a certified therapy dog, and we have visited and brought cheer to hospitals and senior centers in our area!

Marti is always so wonderful with our dog Hemi! She is very responsive with walking requests when sent. She is flexible with timing and will always make herself available for your doggo. Further, Hemi loves her and at the end of their walk Marti even spends time with our cat giving her AND Hemi both treats and pets.
Marti goes way above and beyond — she is clearly a dog lover! We’ll definitely ask her to help us out again in the future!
Marti is great. She is very responsive to appointment requests, and lets you know how your dog is doing on the walks. She gives our dog the love and attention she needs. I would highly recommend Marti.
