Dog sitters in NW5 ❤️🐶
I’ve always been a huge animal lover and grew up with a wonderful Airedale Terrier who taught me how important routine, structure, and positive training are. I was very involved in her care as a teenager, from walks and playtime to helping with her training, which gave me a great foundation in looking after dogs responsibly. My partner Stefano is also a huge lover of dogs and will be able to step in as an additional caregiver if and when needed. Mostly we look forward to going of lots of walks together! These days I have a very flexible schedule as I’m taking a break from full-time work, and Stefano and I both work from home. This means any dogs in our care will have plenty of company, attention, walks, and of course lots of cuddles! I know every dog is unique, so I always try to match their routine and make sure they feel safe, relaxed, and right at home. We can’t wait to spend time with your dog!

My dog Evie finds it very difficult moving into a new environment and coping with her can be quite challenging. Mathe and Stephano were patient and understanding while she settled in. Evie loved them and the attention and care they gave her. Mathe gave me regular updates which were greatly appreciated. I can highly recommend Mathe and will definitely use her again.
We couldn’t have wished for a better home away from home for little Shelly! She was clearly treated with such love and care, and obviously had a great time with Marthe and Stefano. Marthe was excellent with communications leading up to the stay and kept us posted throughout. She gave a lot of thought to Shelly’s care and made sure that we were on board with everything. We were very grateful. I am sure Shelly is hoping for a return visit some day soon…! Thank you so much :)

I could not recommend Marthe enough to take care of dogs. She's wonderful. Marthe looked after Bruno for two nights and he felt completely at easy, relaxed and very happy. He had a great time. Thank you so much Marthe! 🙏🌸

Marte is our neighbour and is so lovely and friendly and really really likes dogs! All the local dogs we look after love to say hi to her, and she gives them loads of pats and attention. Her and her partner are very relaxed with letting our dogs lounge around in their house. She is very responsible and will make sure your dog has lots of love when they're staying over.

Schedule
As I am currently not working full time, i have loads of flexibility - and a personal desire - to spend time walking outside. We live a 10 minute walk from Hampstead Heath, and would be able to go on one long walk and 2 to 3 shorter walks a day.

Safety, trust & environment
Your dog will have one or more designated spots of its own in our flat (for a bed or a crate) but is also more than welcome on the couch with us too. We have no pets of our own and will be hosting only 1 dog at a time, so your pet will have our full attention.
