Hi! I’m Martha :) I’m the owner of Lyons’ Den Pet Boarding, a small, home-based dog boarding business focused on providing personalized, comfortable care for every guest. I’ve been around dogs my entire life and have owned dogs since I was 6 years old. Over the years, I’ve developed a genuine love for caring for dogs and getting to know their individual personalities. Through Lyons’ Den, I’ve cared for dogs with a variety of personalities, energy levels, routines, and individual needs. I understand that every dog is different, and I take the time to learn what helps each pup feel comfortable and settled while their family is away. At Lyons’ Den Pet Boarding, dogs stay in a dedicated boarding room connected directly to our home. The space was created specifically for our canine guests, giving them a comfortable area of their own while keeping us close by. Each dog has a roomy individual space with a cozy dog couch, soft blankets, pleasant lighting, and low background music. It gives them a comfortable place to relax, sleep, and unwind between activities. Although the boarding room is separate from our main living area, it is connected to our home, so we are always nearby. We use a baby monitor to keep an eye on our guests and check on them regularly throughout the day and evening. Your dog’s safety and well-being are our top priorities. We take the time to learn each dog’s routine, personality, needs, and comfort level so we can provide appropriate care throughout their stay. Dogs are supervised during outdoor play, and we balance activity with quiet time so they have plenty of opportunities to rest and decompress. We also take cleanliness seriously. Couch covers are washed between guests, and accommodations are cleaned and refreshed regularly to maintain a clean, comfortable environment. We want Lyons’ Den to feel like a cozy home away from home — providing each dog with their own comfortable space, attentive care, outdoor fun, and plenty of opportunities to rest. 🐾
