I have loved animals of all kinds for as long as I can remember, and caring for them has always come naturally to me. I graduated from veterinary school, although I ultimately chose a different career path because seeing animals in pain was emotionally difficult for me. That education gave me valuable knowledge of animal health and attentive care, while strengthening the compassion I bring to every pet. I currently care for my senior cat, Minnie, who has been part of my family for more than 10 years. Caring for an older pet has taught me patience, consistency, and the importance of noticing small changes in an animal’s behavior and comfort. I also regularly support animal shelters in Mexico because I believe every animal deserves kindness, safety, and the chance to enjoy a good life. Because Minnie prefers to be the only pet in our home, I provide care in your home, where your pet can remain comfortable in familiar surroundings. Whether I’m visiting, walking, or staying overnight, I will carefully follow your instructions, respect your home, and treat your precious pet with the same love and attention I give my own.

Safety, trust & environment
When caring for pets in a client’s home, their safety, comfort, and normal routine are my top priorities. I carefully follow all feeding and care instructions, provide fresh water, affection, attention, and playtime, and make sure dogs receive their scheduled potty breaks and walks. I pay close attention to each pet’s mood and behavior, respect the boundaries of shy or cautious animals, and will contact you promptly if anything seems unusual. I also keep doors and gates secure, treat your home with care and respect, and provide regular messages and photos so you can feel confident that your pet is safe, comfortable, and well loved.

Schedule
I’m self-employed and work from home, which gives me a very flexible schedule for drop-in visits, walks, and overnight care. I’m available mornings, afternoons, and evenings, as well as most weekends and holidays. Because I manage my own schedule, I can easily adapt to your pet’s established routine and provide dependable care when you need it.

- Before caring for your pet, I would like to understand their normal feeding, potty, walking, play, and sleeping routines, along with any medications, allergies, health concerns, or special needs. Please also tell me about their personality, favorite activities, commands they know, fears, triggers, and how comfortable they are with new people. For dogs, it is especially important for me to know how they behave on a leash, whether they pull, and how they react to other dogs, animals, or people. I also ask that you openly share any history of biting, aggression, resource guarding, hiding, or attempts to escape. This information is never about judging your pet—it helps me keep everyone safe and provide care that makes them feel secure. Please provide your veterinarian’s information, an emergency contact, and clear home-access instructions. Whenever possible, I prefer a meet-and-greet before the first booking so your pet and I can become comfortable with one another.
