I work full time in a remote job, with standard office hours, so I can be flexible regarding where I work as long as there’s an internet connection up until 5pm.

Making sure the pet is comfortable in the environment, with the necessary food and drink at its disposal, would be my number one priority. Also petting and/or entertaining the pet regularly with play to make them feel cared for and loved.

I would take them out for regular walks around the neighbourhood for some exercise, and ideally reach a park for some playtime as well, if the dog is feeling playful. At home, I like to keep them entertained by playing together and cuddling them.

I grew up with a dog in the household, and have learnt to love dogs and take care of them from a very young age. I would love to have one of my own, but cannot afford to do so as of right now. Thus, I am looking forward to taking care of your dog when your life prevents you to do so. I will entertain them by playing together, walk around South-East London for as long as they need, and overall care for them at the best of my abilities. I can assure you I am very responsible and caring, and if I commit to take care of your dog I will do the best I can to have them enjoy their time spent with me.

Marta was brilliant with my nervous dog, Winter last night. She gave him all the space he needed and kept me up to date with how it was going. I will definitely book her again ☺️
Marta regularly dog sits for Sookie so I know she’s in good hands. However, Sookie had been unwell the previous week and was on a course of probiotics and a strict diet at the time. So this visit/sitting was not the normal one. However Marta had no problems with this, and was happy to follow the different needs and instructions for the day. She also gave me frequent updates, which was reassuring for both of us I think I really appreciate a dog sitter I can rely on when things like this happen!
For Marta’s third dog sitting sesh (second four hour visit) she continued to go at my nervous rescue’s pace and comfort level. And after being slow and patient, she had success getting the harness on and getting Sookie out for a walk. Hooray! Very pleased with her reliability, communication and treatment/care of my pooch, and will be a regular sitter for me going forward. Especially as Sookie seems to be warming to her well.
