Flexible wfh dog lover!
I grew up with dogs and previously had one of my own, so caring for them feels very natural to me. I genuinely love animals, and when a dog is in my care, their comfort, safety, and happiness are my top priority. Because I work from home with a flexible schedule, I can be present throughout the day and keep routines consistent, whether that means meals, potty breaks, playtime, walks, or medications given at the same time each day. I know how important consistency is for dogs, especially when they are staying somewhere new, and I do my best to make them feel secure, comfortable, and well cared for. I can’t currently have a dog of my own full-time because my work sometimes requires travel, which is part of why pet sitting means so much to me. I treat every dog in my care with the same attention, affection, and responsibility I would give my own.

Marquette did an amazing job checking in on my dog up to 3x/day for 5 days! I have cameras in my house and found after the first visit or so I didn’t even feel the need to check them. My dog would cry for her when she arrived🥹💕 Will definitely be using her again!
Marquette was amazing! She stayed overnight with my dogs and took wonderful care of them. When she noticed we'd run out of dog food (a mix-up from my previous sitter), she went out on her own to grab more so the pups wouldn't miss a meal. She sent photos and updates without me ever having to ask, which was such a relief — I never had to check in or wonder how things were going. Would absolutely book her again!
Marquette was a wonderful sitter. She provided thorough daily updates, along with plenty of pictures and videos of Lily. She understood that Lily needed time and a safe space to feel comfortable, and she was patient and attentive to her needs. Lily also tends to go on a kibble strike when I’m away, but Marquette made adjustments to ensure she was eating and well cared for. Lily came home happy and healthy, and I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. I would book with Marquette again and highly recommend her to others.
Marquette was absolutley wonderful! She takes great care to make sure your pet will have the best experience that also follows your pets' routine as closely as possible. She provides very clear and detailed summaries of how things are going, tailored at whatever frequency you pick! She is kind, responsive, and responsible. She will be my first pick the next time I need to board my dog!
Marquette was so sweet with Buster and very communicative. She sent the sweetest pictures! Would definitely recommend.
I felt very comfortable leaving my cat with Marquette. Her communication is excellent and my cat relaxed and got comfortable very quickly in her care. I definitely recommend!

Schedule
I work from home and have a flexible schedule, so pet care fits very easily into my day. I can be home throughout the day for play time, feeding, bathroom breaks, and walks rather than leaving pets alone for long stretches.

Safety, trust & environment
Your pet’s comfort and safety would be my priority. I live in an apartment, but I have two fenced-in patio areas for safe outdoor time, and I can also provide supervised walks and activity during the day. I’m careful about following each pet owner’s routine and instructions so their dog feels as comfortable and settled as possible. I’m also happy to send updates and photos while your pet is with me. I know it can feel nerve-wracking to trust someone else with your pet, so I carry pet-care insurance through Pet Sitters Associates for added peace of mind. My coverage applies to the services I offer, including sitting, walks, drop-ins, and boarding at my apartment, and includes expanded coverage for client pets plus additional property/bond coverage.

A typical day will vary depending on the activity level and usual routine of the pet but I will do my best to keep your pet happy and engaged through play, walks or cuddle time!

- My insurance coverage is one part of providing responsible care, but it works best when I have accurate information from owners. I ask for current vaccination information, emergency/vet contacts, and honest details about temperament, medical needs, anxiety, reactivity, or anything that may affect safe handling. This helps me make sure each pet is cared for appropriately and only placed in situations that are safe for them. Please note that I only accept boardings for up-to-date, fully vaccinated pets.
