Pet care fits easily into my daily routine even while working a Monday–Friday 8–5 schedule. I’m able to provide care before work, during my midday break, and after work, which allows me to maintain a consistent routine for pets. In the mornings, I make sure pets get walked, fed, and settled comfortably before I leave for work. I also have a midday hour break, which allows me to return for a potty break, quick walk, feeding if needed, and some attention/playtime. In the evenings, I dedicate time for longer walks, exercise, feeding, and companionship so pets feel relaxed and cared for. For house sitting, I do my best to keep pets on their normal routine and make sure they receive plenty of attention and care while their owners are away. I’m also very communicative and happy to send regular updates and photos for peace of mind.

I always follow the pet owner’s routine and care instructions so pets feel comfortable and stay on their normal schedule. If a routine isn’t provided, I make sure dogs get plenty of exercise, attention, and playtime, including walks of at least 45 minutes. I’m happy to help with feeding, fresh water, outdoor play, potty breaks, and lots of attention. With the owner’s permission, I can also take dogs to dog parks or longer walks for extra exercise and socialization. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I focus on keeping pets comfortable, maintaining their routine, and providing updates so owners have peace of mind while they’re away. 🐾

A typical day
I love keeping pets active and happy! Fun activities can include long walks, playtime with toys, outdoor games like fetch, and lots of attention and cuddles. If your dog enjoys social time and you’re comfortable with it, I’m also happy to take them to the dog park or on longer walks for extra exercise. I always adjust activities based on your pet’s age, energy level, and personality to make sure they’re safe, comfortable, and having fun.

I’m a reliable and compassionate house and pet sitter with over 10 years of hands-on experience caring for homes, pets, and family members. Growing up with a mother who has worked in the veterinary profession for over 26 years, I’ve been around animals my entire life and have learned a lot about proper care, behavior, and basic medical attention for dogs. Because of that background, I’m comfortable with many aspects of dog care, including: • Administering basic medications • Monitoring behavior for signs of illness or distress • Cleaning and dressing minor wounds • Bathing and grooming assistance • Feeding routines and special diets • Walking and exercise schedules • Senior dog care and mobility support • Providing calm care for anxious pets Dogs are truly a passion of mine. While I do like cats, I unfortunately have allergies, so I prefer dog sitting and other household care rather than cat sitting. 🩷
