Caring Dog Lover With Years of Hands-On Experience
I have extensive hands-on experience caring for dogs and a genuine love for their wellbeing. I currently own a 4-year-old dog, so I’m very familiar with the daily responsibilities that come with dog ownership, including feeding, walking, training, playtime, and providing a safe, loving environment. Prior to having my own dog, I regularly looked after three dogs belonging to close family friends. This involved long-term and repeat care, allowing me to gain experience with different personalities, routines, and needs. Through this, I developed a strong understanding of how important consistency, patience, and attention are when caring for dogs. I’m confident handling dogs of varying temperaments and ages, ensuring they feel comfortable, exercised, and well cared for at all times. I treat every dog as if they were my own and take pride in providing reliable, attentive, and loving care.

When caring for pets in an owner’s home, I focus on maintaining their usual routine so they feel comfortable and relaxed. I follow all instructions carefully regarding feeding times, walks, playtime, and any specific needs. I make sure pets receive plenty of attention, exercise, and companionship while their owners are away. I always respect the owner’s home and ensure pets are safe, settled, and well cared for at all times. I’m attentive to each pet’s individual personality and needs, whether that means energetic walks, calm companionship, or extra reassurance. My priority is to provide reliable, loving care so owners can feel confident their pets are in good hands.

Marni has looked after my Lhasa Apso, Billy, like her own throughout his life. From when he was a puppy to now as an 8 year old. Myself and my family always knew that he would be in safe, caring hands coming home having learnt new tricks as a puppy, fun walks and days of attention and affection. Marni is a life long dog lover. She has looked after her own dog at home and has looked after friends dogs overnight at home and has walked dogs for friends for many years. She has a natural affinity with dogs, they love her! She is very sensible in her handling of dogs. She just loves being around them. I highly recommend her to look after your dog.

Schedule
I am currently studying for an English and History degree, which involves only six contact hours per week. This means I have a very flexible schedule and am available for dog care throughout the day. I have only a small number of compulsory commitments, allowing me to give dogs plenty of time, attention, and consistent care.
