I’ve loved and rescued animals of all types since I was a little child. I’m a professional dog groomer with many years experience breeding and training both dogs and horses. I have trained all my dogs in obedience and they have earned their Canine Good Citizen certification as well as basic agility training. Most importantly they are our family. I have vet tech experience and am recommended by several veterinarians. I have fostered dogs, preparing them for their “furever” homes. I have been boarding my grooming clients dogs for several years and enjoyed having them in our home so am now offering these services through Rover.

Our little Moe had his first over night with Marley. Marley was great responding to our texts and did send a few photos. It is a very chill, doggie environment with the dogs allowed on furniture and easy access to the outdoors. Moe will return!
Marley was an excellent caretaker and communicator while we were away. I felt very at ease with my little guy being in her care!
Marley is the best! Her house has multiple dog gates for safety and her large, fenced yard is spectacular. You know how Marley treats dogs as soon as you meet her two gentle, impeccably groomed standard poodles. My 13 year old, ten pound Chester has only had a few dog sitters in his long life and he took to Marley immediately. We will definitely use Marley again!
Peppermint had so much fun with Marley she wants to go back. Marley is wonderful and so caring. We will definitely use her again.
This was my first time ever using a dog sitter. Marley was so considerate she kept me abreast of everything that was going on with Pepper, and when I picked her up, she never looked cuter than she did at that moment. Marley was fantastic. I highly recommend her.

Schedule
As a dog groomer and artist working at home I am always available to care for and play with the dogs. My husband is retired and loves dogs. Most of them end up in his lap to help him drink his morning coffee or while watching TV or listening to music. He usually wants to adopt each one of them!

Safety, trust & environment
We have a half acre yard with 5-6 foot high chain link fence. Our two friendly Standard Poodles enjoy other dogs. We have doggie doors so dogs can come and go as they wish. Dogs are allowed throughout the house and there are doggie gates in several places in case we need to separate them. I require all dogs to have a collar with an identification tag with pet owners information.
Pets
A typical day
Our half acre fenced yard has lots of room to run and explore. If your dogs like to play my two young dogs will engage them, if not they’ll leave them in peace. There are lots of dog toys and chew bones available. We live in a quiet neighborhood and take walks all around it. Also since I groom other dogs my boarding dogs like to meet new dogs or wander in the grooming room to supervise while I’m working.
