Another worry-free day with my dogs being cared for by Marlene. She sent me updates which I appreciated, and did everything I asked. She also washed their bowls after dinner which was thoughtful!
Once again, Marlene was great with the dogs, doing what was asked and reporting back as promised. They are in good hands, and that is what matters!
Marlene was easy to communcate with from our first message. She arrived on time (and our appointment was for 5:30 in the morning, so this is an important detail), listened to all my anxious instructions, and followed them to a tee. She sent me an update to assure me that all was well, along with photos, which I truly appreciated. The dogs were clearly comfortable with her, and she with them, and they were content when I arrived back. She has a calm and reassuring demeanor, which put me at ease, and I would definitely want her to stay with my dogs again. I highly recommend her to you.

Schedule
My schedule currently allows for morning availability for walks and pet care, as well as pet sitting. I am also accepting bookings for summer 2026 for walks, pet sitting, and boarding. I’m happy to answer questions and help find a schedule that works for you and your pet.

I follow all instructions provided by each pet parent carefully to ensure consistency in the pet’s routine and comfort. I prioritize each pet’s safety, well-being, and emotional needs, including feeding schedules, medications, walks, and any special care requirements. I also make sure pets receive plenty of attention, playtime, exercise, and affection based on their personality and energy level. I pay close attention to each pet’s behavior and cues so I can respond appropriately and keep them comfortable and happy.

A typical day
I love keeping pets happy and engaged with brisk walks, neighborhood adventures, and park visits when appropriate. I enjoy playing fetch, interactive games, and giving dogs plenty of mental and physical stimulation based on their energy level. I also like reinforcing simple training or practicing basic tricks when the opportunity comes up. Most importantly, I make sure each pet gets plenty of affection, attention, and cozy cuddle time so they feel safe and loved.
