Very considerate! Tended to last minute request. Dogs were let out walked and put back away and home locked when leaving. Really appreciated the help. Communicated throughout the whole process I wasn’t home at the time so it was nice being notified when she got there and walked them even got some photos of them playing at a dog park near by and notified when she left.

Marlene went way above and beyond when my dog got free. She posted to local social media and was frequently checking in with me on her status. She's a remarkable, dedicated caring lady. The team at Rover were equally as phenomenal, putting all their resources together to get the word out and support me at a very stressful time. Marlene possesses exemplary qualities for working with pets. Her patience, understanding and kindness toward animals are unmatched. She has three cats and one dog of her own, all of whom are showered with love and affection. She also maintains an active, uplifting atmosphere and participates in lots of play to insure physical and mental needs are met.
