Hi there! I'm a medical student looking to make some extra money while doing something I love—caring for pets! I’ve had dogs all my life and currently have two cats, so I’m very comfortable with a variety of animals. I also have hands-on experience caring for my elderly Newfoundland, so I understand the special care senior pets need. I enjoy outdoor activities like hiking, exploring new places, and going on walks, so your pets will get plenty of exercise and adventure! In addition to pet sitting, I’m happy to help with other tasks like bringing in mail or watering plants. I have plenty of experience on Rover and in my personal life caring for animals, and I'm excited to give your pets the love and attention they deserve. If you have any special requests or needs, feel free to message me—I'm happy to be flexible and accommodate!

Marlena is professional, responsible, prompt and efficient. She’s also very nice and our cat Rufus loves her. When she came to return our house key, he jumped off the windowsill and ran up to her. He never does that for us! 😃

Marlena stayed in our home for over a week to care for our one year old puppy and elderly cat. She was fantastic, and we would love to have her back! She was attentive to our long list of detailed instructions, and she took great care of our pets and our home. She was communicative when there were issues and checked in regularly when things were going well. We're very grateful and hope to have Marlena back next time we're away.

I am more than happy to accommodate your needs for your animal. My schedule can be a bit busy sometimes with medical school so timing may need to be flexible day to day!

I am happy to drop in on your animal / take them for a walk / feed them as many times during the day as you need. Additionally, I am willing to do any other tasks that need to be done while you are away. Just let me know.

Whether it's playing with your dog, going on walks, or offering your cat some quiet cuddle time, I’m committed to keeping them happy and comfortable. I’ll stick to their routines, ensure they’re fed on time, and respect their individual needs and boundaries. From administering medications to cleaning litter boxes, I’ll take care of everything, and most importantly, I’ll make sure they feel safe and loved in your absence
