I work from home and set my own schedule so I’d love to take my break and get outside. I’d be glad to stop in for a stroll, visit and or a potty break with a tasty snack as well.

I do have a fenced in backyard. I have 2 friendly fur babies to keep your baby company if yours are spending the night. . I enjoy walking with four legged critters. I enjoy all they give. I try to give as much too. (They really have me beat. Our fur babies give so much). I will provide good company (yes I know that’s subjective lol), cozy and safe surroundings, food and all the scritches they want. Our home is reasonably quiet, calm and relaxing.
Information Marla M. would like to know about your pet
Any behavior that might not be typical in your pup. Flea, tick and heartworm preventative. Ensure vaccinations are up to date of course. Any medication needed? Times and doses. If this applies, please let me know their feeding schedule so we keep them consistent. This will help them relax with us while you’re away.
A typical day
A typical day starts with a walk. Walking is huge for me so as long as time and pups permit I do adventurous morning walks five days a week. I’m a big proponent of enrichment and mental stimulation so I enjoy using treat dispensing puzzle toys. Playing with a ball or stick in the backyard and enjoying the sunshine is a great mid afternoon activity. Evening walks when time and temperature permits. Chilling around the house is also important to keep us in a relaxed vibe.

Pet care experience
Fun loving responsible caring animal friend. I’ve been loved by my four legged friends all my life. Dogs - shepherds, miniature collie, boxers, jack Russell’s, lab mix, wiener dog, mastiffs rotties, to name a few; cats - Siamese as a child and black cats, Persians and all mixes, hamster, ferret, sugar glider and more. The past 10years I’ve had the honor and privilege to care for a few Seniors. They do require special needs and aren’t always easy but they still need the care and the love as much as the puppies or young ones. They deserve to be treated the same if not better. ;)

Marla M. cancelled a booking 2 days before it was scheduled to begin.
Marla is excellent! She responds quickly and my dogs loved her. I highly recommend booking her!
Marla is a natural with my dog! She’s known and pet sat him since he was an puppy and is responsible, kind, and easy to work. She has watched him for short daily visits and a few long term visits of up to a month at a time. My dog always perks up when he sees her, Marla is great at working with animals and you won’t be disappointed!!
I have known Marla for many years. She has a boundless love for all animals and is committed to the ethical treatment and responsible ownership of them. She is an excellent care giver. I recommend her with no reservations.
