I was visiting from out of town and needed someone to keep my puppies while I attended a private dinner. Mark was very communicative and flexible with me and I appreciated his time set aside for my babies. His yard was safe and well maintained. I highly recommend Mark!

We’re so grateful to Mark for taking such wonderful care of Brownie over the New Year holiday. Even with the rainy days, everything was perfect — Brownie was an absolute angel, relaxed, happy, and clearly right at home. She loved just hanging out and enjoying the holidays with Mark and his family. Thank you, Mark, for treating her like one of your own and giving us total peace of mind. This was our second experience with Mark watching our cats and it was excellent. We were able to drop off the cats quickly and we knew they were in a safe place with a window to look out of and a whole garage to explore. We texted Mark when we were 15 minutes from picking up the cats the next day and he had them crated and ready to go when we arrived. Another great experience!

This was a great experience for us and for our cats. Mark's spacious, warm garage was the perfect place for our 4 cats to spend the night. We knew they were safe, they had lots of room to explore and they were together. We are booking another night soon.

Outstanding care, a True Dog whisperer. Sequoia Humane Society hired Mark to care for Browner an d Odie over the Thanksgiving holiday - Two large dogs! Both are known to struggle with other dogs, including each other. I was honestly preparing for this to simply be a safe, calm stay...what we got was something truly incredible. From the very beginning, Mark asked all the right questions about behavior, needs, routines and safety. It was clear he understood these were not "easy" dogs and approach their care with thoughtfulness, patience and professionalism. I encouraged him to try socializing them only if he felt right about an opportunity. To our complete surprise, Brownie and Odie became best friends almost immediately in his care. This is something we have not been able to achieve in a shelter environment and seeing that transformation was nothing short of amazing. This experience has opened new doors for both dogs and given us real hope for their future success in foster and forever homes. Both dogs had the time of their life in Mark's care. We are grateful for his kindness and opening his home to our animals during Thanksgiving and the day after. As Executive Director of Sequoia Humane Society, I can confidently say I would trust him again and without hesitation recommend him to anyone looking for an exceptional caregiver for your animals...especially dogs!
