Mark did an excellent job taking care of our animals. He paid a lot of attention to detail, was very reliable, and sent lots of photos. He also was ultra flexible when our flight was canceled and we needed 3 extra days of care while we were trying to get back home. Grateful for his help!

Mark is very friendly and kind. You can see how much he really loves animals. I felt comfortable having him care for my pets while I was away for four days over the holiday. Mark showed up on time and was very thorough to make sure that each animal ate (they sometimes steal each other's food) and he was conscious of making sure that everyone was okay even though my one cat kept hiding on him. Mark communicated well and my house was pristine when I returned - as if I never had left. He took the time to play with my animals in addition to basic care. I think my trio enjoyed the visits just as much as he did!
