Have you ever had a dog walker that cared more about the dogs well being than they did about the bitter cold of winter. Well, Mark is that guy. I was called into work last minute and I am also new to the Area with my pup Aura. It was negative degrees outside and I was in panic mode because I did not want to leave my spoiled little girl home alone in her new apartment. Mark not only stepped in to save the day, but he asked such great questions to get a feel for who I am as well as what Aura needed. Mark was scheduled for 3 walks, each 1 hour. It was negative degrees outside and he not only walked her, he did 3+ miles each walk! I was given an update when he arrived, when he departed as well as a map tracking the walks with pictures of Aura's happiness. I even said to Mark, because it is so cold you can also just hang out in the apartment. He said thank you but still walked her 3+ miles every time. I came home everyday to a joyful and content puppy, who I could tell had plenty of energy released while I was gone. It was nice to come home after a hard days work to a puppy that is content and not running at you looking for her turn of your energy. Thank you Mark, and I will certainly be reaching out in the future!

Mark is incredible, I was in a bind and was called into work last minute. I also just moved to the area and my pup Aura was still getting comfortable to the area. In the coldest negative degree weather, Mark took Aura for 3 walks and each walk was just over 3 miles!!! When I got home, Aura I could tell was so content and happy. Mark even sent the route in which he walked Aura and pictures of Aura's happiness while Mark took care of her! I also informed Mark that we are new to the Area and he assured me that he would take such good care of Aura and completely understands. It is so great to have someone like Mark, who shows interest in your story, and truly cares for the animal and there best interest. It was freezing outside and Mark cared more about the dogs experience and joy to be out and about, then he did over the cold. Thank you so much Mark, you are truly a great person to have in my dogs life!
