House Sitting • Sep 13, 2025

We haven’t used a house sitter before, and Mark has really put our minds at rest. He took the time to visit when we booked him to meet the dogs and take a briefing on what we wanted from the housesit. Mark proved to be excellent with the dogs and kept to their routines; and the house and dogs were spotless when we returned. He also sent us photos while were away and we could see that they were fine and having fun. Highly recommended – we are already thinking about our next trip, knowing that the dogs will be well looked after by Mark!

Mark did a fantastic job for us and Rusty. This was the first time we’d left Rusty with anyone outside of the family and so Mark made time to call round and get to know Rusty several times before we left. He did simple things like walk him round on the lead and have him hop in and out of the back of his car, so Rusty was comfortable with taking instruction from Mark. He discussed what we wanted in terms of general day to day care and activities, but in addition offered helpful advice and suggestions for furthering Rusty’s training and responsiveness? Rusty is a relatively young terrier, so still learning the ropes. Mark has years of experience with dogs and his advice and hands on approach has really helped us and the dog. Mark was also a great house sitter. We came back to a clean and tidy house and Mark was also kind enough to ensure there was milk in the fridge and a loaf of bread for breakfast. We wouldn’t hesitate to ask Mark to look after Rusty again and would happily recommend Mark to anyone looking for day care or help with dog training.

I live on a family farm which is no longer farmed. I have 4 permanent dogs in the household. With lots of space for exercising and training on site. I have an indate UK NSV that can be viewed upon request. I love to help dogs fulfil their natural drives, and I'm more thank happy to continue your training requirements whilst exercising your dogs. A fulfilled dog is a confident and happy dog. I will be taking care of your pet during our time together though they may meet other members of my family.
