Mark was amazing! He dropped in on my cats twice a day for two weeks (and watered my plants!). He went above and beyond playing with their favorite toys, putting on cat TV, giving them lots of pets, and handled some more unusual requests with grace and understanding (one cat had a whole sniffing ritual when it came to petting, they both like when someone blows bubbles, they have a litter robot which I was concerned about someone handling, etc.) Usually when I get home from a vacation I’m greeted with loud meows and yelling (“where have you been?! how could you leave us?!”) but this time it was more of a quiet acknowledgement (“oh… you’re back… where’s the guy who was giving us treats?”) which really goes to show that they had a good time. Never been so happy to be ignored by them. ❤️ He also provided daily pictures and descriptions of their behavior, which was super appreciated as I’m definitely a helicopter parent about them. It also helped me identify when one of them was acting out of character and allowed me to provide advice on making her more comfortable.
Mark is always thorough and dependable ? We feel good about leaving Adam in such good hands our little cat is not particularly friendly but he loves Mark makes it all the better ! So happy we found Mark I would highly recommend him

Schedule
I am currently in a hybrid arrangement with biweekly stints of working from home in the Paulus Hook area, leaving me able to do walks and visits at fairly flexible times, but largely in the morning and early evening.

I understand the importance of maintaining trust with any client, so I am very diligent with collecting all of the relevant information to properly care for both the pet and the home I am offering services for.
A typical day
I am are very active and outdoorsy, and am experienced with having a canine companion for strolls, hikes, and runs. I am an avid playtime companion for any pet, as I feel I probably enjoy it more than the animal.

- I have no breed preferences or restrictions, and welcome any and all animal companions! I am very attentive to a dog or cat’s dietary needs (I shared a household with the pickiest dog on the planet). Other than food tips, I welcome any guidance on bathroom habits and exercise dos and don’ts!
