Mark was amazing! He not only accommodated a last minute booking, but made time for a meet and greet so we would feel completely comfortable. We have a sweet but nervous little Yorkie, and he not only took excellent care of her, he put her worried family at ease too. I would definitely use Mark again.
This was the first time my dog went to Mark's. I was nevous to leave him, but he did great!! My dog was happy and tired when I picked him up. I am thankful to have found a local person to board him in lieu of the kennel when I need to be away. He is a rescue and doesn't do well in the kennel environment. I already booked another stay for Dunie in July.
I boarded my dog Marco with Mark for a little over a week while I was on vacation abroad, and Marco had a wonderful time. Mark let me know periodically how Marco was doing and sent my photos and was responsive whenever I checked in with him. Everything went smoothly, and I was able to enjoy my vacation. I can't thank Mark enough!
