I provide a calm and quiet home designed for dogs who benefit from a peaceful environment. Only one dog stays at a time, which removes noise, competition and overstimulation. My home has safe resting areas, controlled access to rooms and a steady atmosphere that helps dogs settle quickly. I work from home in the pet industry and stay connected with vets, behaviourists and other professionals, which helps me understand each dog’s needs and follow the owner’s guidance with care. I keep the environment steady, predictable and reassuring so dogs feel secure, comfortable and understood throughout their stay.

A typical day is calm, predictable and centred around helping each dog settle and feel at home. I only care for one dog at a time, so the day moves at their pace. We start with a relaxed morning walk around the quiet coastal paths near my home, giving them time to sniff, explore and stretch their legs. Back at home, the rest of the day is a mix of company, rest and gentle enrichment. Dogs can nap on the sofa, enjoy the garden, or stay close by while I work from home. I keep things peaceful and low‑noise so they can fully relax. Throughout the day I offer regular toilet breaks, short walks, and simple enrichment like scent games, slow feeders or calm play depending on the dog’s personality. In the afternoon we usually take another walk, often along The Leas or nearby green spaces. My focus is always on creating a safe, steady routine where each dog feels comfortable, understood and looked after.
