Thus was our first time with Mark boarding our two dogs while we were away for almost 10 days. He took great care of them and adapted to their needs as well, since they were also getting to know him, his two dogs, and the environment. I was very pleased, but not surprised, to see that they did so well with other dogs he boarded during their visit as well, since a previous sitter claimed that Sadie was not trustworthy around other dogs and would need a kennel. I think Mark’s leadership and engaging style with the dogs built a trusting relationship with them, and now with us as well. I’m looking forward to booking another visit and have no worries about leaving then with Mark. He also provided regular meaningful updates and even pics and videos, not just “proof of life” pics at meal time which always felt a little weird when I got them from the last sitter. Great job Mark!
Toto is absolutely happy with Mark during six weeks. It is her first boarding experience. She was timid and sensitive. Mark is very gentle and patient. She is now more confinement and brave. And the most important is, she has learnt a lot.
