I have never had issues before with her sitting previously. However, this most recent time my pet was left unattended for 12 hrs as I was out of town and she never showed. I reached out multiple times and Rover support called and never got a response until the following day. I was able to hire someone else, but extremely unprofessional and stressful situation.
Glad I chose her. Took very good care of my dog would send updates and photos. And would communicate.
Mariyah is very quick and kind. She gave wonderful updates with pictures!
