I work a hybrid schedule of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. On telework days, I can complete early morning walks before 8:30am, do an lunch hour walk and continue checking on them throughout the afternoon. I am available for weekend boarding as well with the help of my boyfriend who also loves dogs.

My building has a small dog relief area but I live within 2 blocks of 2 dog parks and can ensure your dog will release their energy while playing ball, meeting new furry friends or take a walk around Grant Park. I do not have a patio in my building but there is a dedicated dog spa and spacious living room area.

I have good experience with small dogs and medium dogs and can handle big dogs as well. Please inform me of any behaviors I should be aware and of high energy dogs so I can plan long walks for them around the lake, Grant Park etc. **Must do Meet N Greet and will only accept scheduled appointments 3 days in advance**
A typical day
A morning walk around Grant Park, a little nap morning, lunch time at the dog park playing fetch or watching the doggie sun tan near our windows, a long walk in the late afternoon then some TV followed with an evening walk before bed.

Hello! I grew up having small and medium sized dogs around me since I was a kid, whether it was our family dog or a relatives', a furry friend was always next to me. I currently do not have a dog of my own but our family dog, Lobo, has been with us for about 15 years. Because of Señor Lobo, I have experience taking care of a dog in any phase - energetic puppy to older dog with any medical needs and can ensure they are in safe company.

We used Maritza for daily care for our adopted separation anxiety dog for about 8 months. She is an angel of a human being and the best thing that could have happened to us after being in over our heads with the 24/7 company our dog requires. Maritza was her second mom and is so reliable, trustworthy, and caring. Could not recommend enough. We and Caly all love her and Shoumo and will miss them dearly after our move.
