Hi there! My name is Marissa, and I have TWENTY YEARS of professional pet and home care experience! I started at the age of 12 doing drop in feedings and eventually progressed to multi month in home stays with many long term clients. I have a human healthcare background as well but I have always loved working with animals and their people. I have experience with just about every imaginable type, size, temperament and age of dog and cat. Experience with exotic pets like turantulas and snakes, birds, as well as farm animals including chickens and llamas. Ample experience with complex medical issues and medication administration. Very experienced with nervous, elderly, and special needs animals. I do my very best to ensure that your sweet furry family members are as happy and safe as can be while they're with me. I'm very hands on with any animals in my care and I truly enjoy giving lots of extra love and a attention to your babies in your absence . Please feel free to reach out with any questions.

Marissa was very communicative and timely. She took our dog on lots of walks while we were away and took good care of the house in our absence. We will consider her again for future needs.
Marissa was fabulous. Very responsive and took excellent care of our two dogs while we were away. She left our house spotless with the bedding washed, trash taken out, and dishwasher running. Definitely will book again
Marissa took excellent care of our cat and our epileptic dog. She kept him perfectly on his med schedule and kept us updated. He has a ton of potential emergency instructions in case he starts a seizure cluster and she helped us feel really confident that he was is good hands while we were away. Our cat loved snuggling with her the whole time. She took great care of the house too and we were able to come home and just hang out after our drive since everything was already done. Really appreciate her!
Marissa was great with our reactive boxer-mix. She sent updates, pictures and videos daily and he seemed very happy with her.
Marissa made fast friends with our pups, took good care of them, and left our house just as clean as it was when we left it.

Schedule
I currently have a flexible schedule and generally spend most of my time at my sits. Always open to discuss and learn what your needs are.

- How are they with other dogs/strangers/kids? It's ok if your dog is reactive or can't handle certain situations or people. If your dog is great with everybody then I'm happy to take them to the dog park and barbecues. But if your dog is happiest to chill at home with their people and solo walks without stranger interactions then that is just fine.
