I have a small patio area. For potty breaks I always take dogs out for full walks so they can get out of the house and sniff around. Please note that if it’s too hot outside for a walk, I will either drive to a shaded area for the dogs to do their business or inquire with you if they have paw protection booties.

A typical day
Walks around the neighborhood for physical needs, sniff mat puzzles for mental stimulation, playing fetch and with toys, learning some new training skills when time allows. If there's a couch potato moment, that's totally good with me too!

Hi there! My name is Marissa, and I work from home, which means I have plenty of time and flexibility to care for dogs—my own and yours! My family and I know how hard it can be to leave your pup behind for a day trip or vacation, and I truly want to be a trusted, comforting resource for pet parents in the same boat. Both of my dogs have trained with a top-rated dog trainer, and along the way I’ve learned so many helpful techniques that I love sharing with other pups, all in honor of my dog, Bronson. I live in an apartment right next to a beautiful wildlife and nature preserve with a long, scenic trail that’s perfect for daily walks and adventures. During boarding, my own dog will not be home, so your pup will have my full, undivided attention. Your pet’s safety, happiness, and comfort mean everything to me, and I strive to create a fun, calm, and stress-free environment. Every pet is unique, and I take the time to understand each dog’s personality and needs so they feel right at home. I can’t wait to meet you and your furry friend!

Marissa is an outstanding pet sitter! If you are lucky enough to book her, your pet will be very well cared for. She watched our Brody for a week while we were out of town. She took him for walks, kept him company while he sunbathed in our backyard and let him cuddle with her to his heart's content. He even ate for her which is unusual. Often he loses his appetite when we are gone. Marissa sent photos and gave us updates daily. She also took great care of my plants inside and outside of the house. and left the house cleaner than when she arrived. She washed the towels and bedding that she used while house sitting before we returned. She deserves more than 5 stars in my opinion. I will definitely use her again and highly recommend her to others who need a responsible and trustworthy pet/house sitter!!

I booked Marissa to walk my two dogs for a week. She is punctual, professional and super friendly. My dogs took to her quickly and easily and I didn’t have to worry about them. I appreciate the great care and patience she showed them and will absolutely re-book in the future.
Marie is an amazing pet sitter, she has cared for my dogs several times while I am on vacation or simply running all day errands. She’s a true dog person and treats my babies with so much love and respect. She’s very considerate to their needs and is accommodating.
