I've been around animals my entire life! I'm truly at my happiest when I'm around them. I currently have 2 very well behaved dogs of my own but I've cared for fish, guinea pigs, turtles, and other pets. All animals are welcomed! To give you a little more background information - I was a part time Dog Walker in Oregon for 2 years and then moved to Texas 2019 where I began dog/cat sitting for family and others on Rover. I absolutely love getting to know everyone! I do have experience with senior dogs/cats. I'm happy to be in Colorado for 3 years now to continue lending a hand to all animal lovers in the valley! I've been able to walk dogs of all sizes and all energy levels with care-Take a look at my pictures. Even if your dog happens to be dog aggressive it's not a problem for me as I have tons of experience walking reactive dogs.

My holiday rates only apply to certain holidays not necessarily all of them. Please feel free to message me and I'll happily answer any questions you may have. I always make sure to ask of everything your animals would need. I will care for every one as if they were my own-with lots of love! My favorite thing about what I do is getting to know how every pup/cat works, what makes them happy, and I can confidently say I do have knowledge with body language and certain animal behaviors.

Marissa has been walking my husky, Willow, for a while now. She's reliable, communicative, and you can tell from the photos that Willow loves spending time with her. This was my first time having Marissa do overnight sitting, and everything went smoothly. My return flight was delayed and I ended up getting home a day later than planned. I was incredibly grateful that Marissa was able to be stay an extra night.

Marissa was amazing! She took outstanding care of our babies! She took the time to not just do the job, but do it incredibly well. She is equally as professional, and we HIGHLY recommend her!
Marissa was so wonderful taking care of our older dog. She great with communication and sending pictures. Very professional and put our minds at ease knowing she was lovingly watching our dog.
Our dogs love Marissa. She’s extremely reliable and kind. She clearly pays attention to the dogs, monitoring changes in behavior and keeping up with changes to diet or medication. She’s a great pet photographer too, regularly capturing funny or charming pictures of our dogs that we love getting and definitely require skill to take. We’ve used her for nearly two years and cannot recommend her enough.

I do babysit from time to time but most days I am fully available for walks and visits! I make sure to always confirm my availability on my calendar.
