I live downtown Carp. Beach & Parks
I love dogs and feel that dogs are a part of our family. I have a small mixed breed (rescue) dog of my own. I am home most weekdays and some weekends. I have extensive experience with dogs of all types and ages. Having grown up with and owned my own dogs I have used my experience to volunteer with a local rescue, saving lives one pup at a time. In the last year I have been the "foster mom" to 5 rescue Dogs (so far!) Typically they are with me 4-6 weeks while we work to find them their forever home. I live downtown Carpinteria near beach and parks. My house is three bedroom two bathrooms with a fenced in patio area. My dog loves to lay out there on her bed in the sunshine. I can help with puppy training and have a lot of experience with off leash training. I look forward to meeting your dog!

If you're looking for someone who is reliable, expjerenced and a true dog lover than Marissa is the perfect fit. In the past couple of years she has been fostering dogs and finding them loving homes. Marissa will make sure your dog is fed, taken out regularly, exercised and especially loved and cared for. She lives right next to Kate Sessions Memorial Park which is not only beautiful but a great spot for your dog to play and get some fresh air. All in all you will not regret trusting her with the care of your pup!
I highly recommend choosing Marissa to care for your dog! During the several years I have known Marissa she has not only been a responsible and caring dog owner but has volunteered to take in several foster dogs from her local rescue organization. She is responsible, loving and most importantly, I trust her to care for my dog!
