I will always follow all the rules that are set by the owner. If I have any questions I will not hesitate to ask them. I will always keep the owner up to date as to what is going on to the best of my ability.

I want to thank Marissa for being able to step up on what could only be described as a very short notice emergency for my wife and I. She did a fantastic job and I would recommend her to anyone in the Williamsburg area to take care their beloved pet family members.
My dog had some unexpected health issues arise between booking and Marissa’s stay that ended up requiring a lot more work for her, but she did great and my dog was in much better condition when we got home. I’m very grateful Marissa has some vet tech experience. I did have to ask for updates a few times, and the communication wasn’t always the clearest, but the specialty care for my dog was my priority and she did great with that.
Kept me in the loop with how Teela did on her walk and her potty breaks.
Marissa S. cancelled a booking 3 days before it was scheduled to begin.
I met with Marissa a week before she was to stay overnight with my dogs. She texted to say she was having car trouble an hour before she was going to be there the morning that I was leaving. I asked her if she could get a ride or if I could come and get her. She texted her dad was bringing her at 10:30 but never showed or answered my texts or calls. I had to cancel my plans. If she had just said she had to cancel, I wouldn’t have been sitting and waiting on her. Not a mature or professional way to do things.
Marissa was great. Thank you for taking care of our babies while we were away!

Schedule
I am currently working part-time at the aquarium. I am also doing an externship with a local vet. I am in school for my marine biology bachelor's and veterinary science associate. I love all animals, and having three little fur babies, I would treat your baby no different than mine.
