Hi! I’m Marissa 🐾😊 I’m calm, patient, and good at tuning into each pet’s personality! While I’m new to Rover, I regularly volunteer at animal sanctuaries, I’ve worked in doggy daycares, and I’ve had animal companions my whole life. I do especially well with furry friends that have had a rough past or have extra needs, and may be a little shy or nervous. I’m reliable, easy to communicate with, and always happy to send photos and updates! I’ll treat your little companions like my own and make sure they feel safe, comfortable, cared for and loved 💚

Marissa is an absolutely wonderful person and a fantastic sitter. She stayed at my place for a few days when I was traveling and took care of my two large and a bit challenging dogs. She went well beyond of what I expected from a sitter. I will highly recommend Marissa to anyone in a need of a warm and VERY dependable dog sitter.
Thanks Marissa for walking my favourite son, Logan. I really appreciate the quick responses during a chaotic time for us (having just moved from another country). Logan is an anxious dog, sometimes not ok w other dogs and judging by the feedback and photos Marissa sent, she’s managed to help him make new furry friends already!! Thank you so much.
Thank you Marissa for taking such great care of all our critters! We have two dogs and two cats, everyone was happy, loved, and well taken care of. She took great care of our house as well, leaving things tidy and was even able to start some wash. We appreciated her care and would definitely book with her again.
Marissa was great to work with! She followed all instructions to a tee, was super communicative, and took really great care of my pets. She sent lots of pictures and they seemed happy and well taken care of while I was away for work.

Was great at watching Ginger while I was away. She really cared about my cat and making sure she was cared for.

Schedule
⭐️ Local full time companion caregiver and dog walker offering weekday, routine walks for people who work full time and want their pups to have consistency during the day. I currently walk one dog Monday–Friday and am looking to add one or two more nearby pups to my schedule. Happy to provide references and chat to see if it’s a good fit! 🐾 ⭐️If your companion needs constant supervision and my schedule is open, I’m happy to provide that but do charge a higher rate. ⭐️To determine if your companion’s needs and my schedule coincide, let’s text or call about specifics. I’m happy to schedule a free 15-30 minute meet and greet after chatting if things seem like a good fit!
