Marissa is an amazing pet caregiver and even better, she's my sister! Whenever I visit from out of town, she takes care of my babies, Snoopy and Barkley, like they're her own. They are treated like royalty as she loves them, feeds them, and walks them to their hearts’ content! I couldn't ask for a more trustworthy and caring sitter. I found Marissa a true joy to work with. She is always on time, pleasant, & very professional. I do not have an easy dog to care for, he is a 100lb Doberman. He is a sweet heart of a dog, but can be difficult to walk because he is so strong and tends to pull, he is also not easy to care for either. He needs a particular diet which Marissa meticulously adhered to and he tends to cry & whine non-stop when I am not around. He is very much a velcro dog. Nonetheless, Marissa handles him with care & dignity each and every time. You cannot do better if you choose Marissa as your pet's caregiver. I wish her all the best in Hawaii, we will miss her in California.

Everyone can entrust their fur baby with Marissa!! I may be biased being her mom, but I’m extremely proud of Marissa for her dependability, trust, empathy, and responsibility. She took excellent care of our 3 dogs; we still have the youngest who is 15 (but acts like he’s 3). Her love and care of the other 2 dogs filled their long lives with many happy memories. Both were large dogs. One we had since he was around 8wks old; he lived to be 15 until cancer took him from us. The other we had since she was 1 & lived to be 3wks shy of 18. Marissa has wonderful attention to detail. She ran a perfect exercise, playing, feeding, and medication schedule for all 3 dogs. She has watched neighbors’ and family’s dogs many times. Her heart goes out to all dogs as she’s the master “stray dog catcher.” Any time she spots a stray, she will coax them to come with her and keep them in our backyard until she can bring them to a vet to check for a microchip. If they’re not microchipped, she has the vet do a quick health check. Then she’ll put pictures and information all over—NextDoor, many Facebook neighborhood pages, and various other websites. She puts flyers around a mile radius of where the dog was found. There’s no doubt Marissa loves dogs. Clients can be assured of the best care of their pet with Marissa.

Marissa is such a very compassionate dog sitter! She has always been trustworthy and patient with my dog, Hoku. Hoku was always so happy and comfortable when Marissa would dog sit her. Besides dog sitting, I’ve called upon Marissa to walk my dog from time to time and she has handled my dog so well and would always update me on how Hoku was doing. Without hesitations, I truly recommend Marissa to take care of your dog. She is such a wonderful and perfect dog sitter.
