Pet care experience
I’ve always taken care of dogs for my brothers, friends and friends of friends. People typically ask me and rely on me because they know how much I love dogs! I love spoiling dogs and meeting their needs :) I’ll take them on long walks and play dates at the park and they’ve usually been patient with me when I’ve had to give them baths after long days out. My family and friends continue to ask me whenever they need someone to watch their dog(s) and I love it every time!

I’ve had dogs stay with me before and I always make sure they get a lot of exercise at the park. I enjoy playing fetch with them and going on long walks! I typically let dogs sleep in the bed with me and have lots of room for them to explore the apartment. I also never leave food on the floor or out on the counters - just a personal habit of mine but I’ve found that it’s helpful when taking care of pets!

Super helpful to know if your dog gets anxious around new people, other dogs, or new environments. This will help me prepare the environment and be extra cautious during walks. It’s also nice to know if your dog is good off leash (for play time at the park) or if your dog has anything in specific that they really like to do (e.g., playing fetch).
A typical day
I love bringing them to nearby parks and ensuring they get to let out a lot of energy through fetch oe just making sure we go on long enough of walks (depending on the size of the dog). I also like to play tug of war and give them a lot of belly rubs, scratches, and cuddles while we’re at home.

Availability
My schedule is really flexible. I currently work from home all 5 days. I also go on a walk first thing in the morning to get some fresh air and once in the afternoon just to get some extra steps in or run some errands.
