truly can't say enough wonderful things about Marissa! From the moment she came over before our trip to meet our dogs and learn their routine, we knew they were going to be in great hands. She treated our puppies like they were her own. Every drop-in was right on time, and she always sent updates with pictures, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. What really sets Marissa apart is how she handled an unexpected emergency. During the hottest week of the summer, our air conditioner stopped working with only 24 hours left in our trip. As soon as she noticed the house was getting too warm, she contacted us immediately. She went above and beyond, helping us troubleshoot the issue from a distance and refusing to leave our dogs alone until she knew they were safe. She even helped get the downstairs temperature back to 76 degrees. When she realized the upstairs was still much too hot for the dogs to be crated overnight, she didn't hesitate to offer to spend the night with them—without us even asking. That level of care, compassion, and dedication is something you simply can't teach. Knowing she was there with our dogs allowed us to relax, even though we were so far from home. She did an amazing job caring for both of our pups—our 150-pound lap dog and our demanding little pitty! They absolutely adored her, and it's obvious she genuinely loves the animals she cares for. If you're looking for someone who is dependable, caring, communicative, and willing to go above and beyond, Marissa is the one. We will absolutely be using her again, even for short day trips. Thank you, Marissa, for taking such incredible care of our babies. We are beyond grateful!

I'm so happy with Maissa's service. Normally, when I'm away, I am nervous about how my animals will be be when I get back, but with Marissa transitions go so smooth and I know all will be well. I have a pot belly pig and she knows how to deal with his stubbornness and she's not afraid of him. They have really bonded. I highly recommend her.

Marissa is awesome! She has been walking Lilly for over a week now, and I couldn't be happier. She is dependable, always comes in the time frame I ask, and I feel that she cares about my dog. She always gives me updates in addition to the card that Rover gives you. As a dog trainer myself, I have met several dog walkers who don't actually know how to walk a dog. You can rest assured that Marissa will properly walk your dog. I highly recommend that if you need a dog walker to look no further than Marissa.
