I have had a pet since I was 8 years old. I had a cat growing up that lived until the age of 20, I had a small dog throughout my whole childhood and going into college, and now I have a cat of my own. I worked with a local humane society from high school until college. I took care of multiple cats & some dogs. I dog sit for my friends every opportunity I can. I am so comfortable with cats and dogs, and love them both equally. I’ve taken care of small dogs and huge dogs (Great Danes!) and I love how different every pet is! I treat every pet as if they were my own, & I take the responsibility of doing so very seriously. I genuinely enjoy taking care of animals. I have house & pet sat for multiple animals at a time. I used to pet sit my boss’s 5 small dogs for weekends at a time, sometimes a month! I also house/pet sat for my friends mom & dad for an entire summer (took care of their house and their 6 cats!) I am familiar and comfortable in situations with multiple pets.

I have two cats at my home currently. My husband and I each have a cat that are best friends! I spoil them every single day & make sure they are getting plenty of attention. I prioritize them in my schedule. If I will be taking care of your pet inside your home, I will respect the instructions I need to follow to properly take care of your pet, and I would treat them like they were my own.

I have personally known Marissa for many years in a professional and personal capacity. She has always cared for her pets and even mine with so much love and attention. She is one of the only people i would ever trust to take care of my dogs while I am away. Not only does she do everything with so much attention to detail, she is always wiling to go the extra mile for anyone in need.
Marissa has watched my 2 dogs multiple times, and she has been great!! She feels like family when she comes to the house. She sends updates and pictures during the visits. Both my dogs are seniors, and one requires daily medication. 10/10 recommend, she is one of the best rover sitters I have ever used!!
Marissa is great! You can really tell she cares about all animals. She has checked in on my cats/dogs, as well as my parents, for multiple years now. Highly reliable, good communicator, and overall would recommend to anyone looking for someone to take care of their fur baby the way you would!
Marissa is the kindest and most compassionate person I know. I have known her for over 10 years and know for a fact she will drop everything if it means helping a need. She loves her family, being out in nature, and her own personal fur babies, Rigo and Randy, so much! She treats them so well that anyone would be lucky to have her provide care for their own fur babies.
Marissa is by far the best pet sitter I’ve ever had! Rest assured your pets will be taken care of with whatever your pets requires or needs! 10/10 recommend!
Marissa cares more about pets/animals than anyone I have ever met. We have two cats and she will not move an inch if one of the cats are asleep on or near her, just to not disturb them. She is passionate about animals, all kinds, and would do anything for them. I cannot stress enough how great of a pet caregiver she is and will treat any animal like they are her own.

Schedule
I have a full-time remote job that is very flexible and I essentially choose my work hours every day during the week, so I have the time to make for taking care of your pets!
