I'd love to help out. I've been around cats my whole life, rescuing and fostering stray kittens, raising my own cats, and watching over my friends' and neighbors' fur babies. I've handled everything from 2 to 10 cats at once, so no number is too big or small for me! I have this amazing connection with cats—they just get me, and honestly, I often prefer their company to people! Your cats will get all the love and attention they need. If you want someone who truly cares for your feline friends, I'd be thrilled to be your cat sitter.

This was my first Rover booking ever and Marisa was absolutely wonderful with my cat while we were away for three days.She arrived punctually for every visit, followed all of our instructions carefully, and sent prompt photo updates with detailed descriptions of how things went each time she stopped by. She was professional and reassuring which made me feel totally comfortable leaving my buddy with her. I’m incredibly grateful for her help and will absolutely be booking with Marisa again. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, responsive and genuinely kind sitter.
Marisa was very kind and patient with my prickly kitty. She followed all instructions perfectly, kept me updated, and was very respectful of my home. She is friendly and knowledgeable about pets and is an excellent pet sitter!
Marsia came to the rescue after I had a last minute cancellation...in hindsight I'm so glad she did! I instantly felt completely calm around Marisa (I have had dozens of sitters over the years & this is rare!) and she did a great job of looking after our cats while we were away. Despite some bad weather and being abroad if anything happened, Marisa kept in great touch and provided updates on everything. Again, I did not stress at all with her looking after the cats and house - I knew she bonded with them immediately and for once they were not mad at us for going away and seemed nonplussed when we got back. That's the best case scenario! I would whole heartedly recommend Marisa to anyone looking for conscientious, detail oriented and friendly sitter. Thank you so much and see you again soon!
I can't say enough good things about Marisa! Marisa has been an absolute gem, repeatedly caring for our two kitties for extended periods, often up to 10+ days at a time. From the moment we met Marisa, her genuine love for animals was evident. She took the time to understand each of our cats' personalities and preferences during our initial meeting, which immediately put us at ease. Our normally shy cat even warmed up to her quickly, which speaks volumes about her approach. She sends us daily updates with photos and videos of our cats playing and being pampered. Upon returning home, our cats were visibly happy and relaxed. We recommend Marisa to anyone in need of a dependable and compassionate cat sitter!

Schedule
I work remotely from home 24/7 so I'm available to board any day of the week or weekend, at any notice. I do not currently own cats at my home, so there won't be any issues with introducing new animals.

Safety, trust & environment
I live in a clean, non-toxic apartment, use only safe and natural cleaning products without harsh chemicals, and run an Air Doctor air purifier 24/7. I will provide lots of love and stimulation by consistently talking to, playing with, and cuddling with your cat throughout the day. I'm comfortable with catering to specific/holistic diet plans and lifestyle practices but won't hesitate to spoil your kitty with treats and organic catnip.
A typical day
I will provide endless love to your kitties through playing with cat toys, cat trees, scratching posts, and snuggling up together on the couch. I can even take your kitty outdoors on a leash or stroller if they are an indoor-outdoor cat!
