That childhood passion evolved into a lifelong commitment; today, my husband (Micah) and I are known by friends and family as the "pet whisperers." One of the best parts of staying with us is the built-in social life! We are proud parents to three well-socialized dogs who truly love making new friends. Because our three have such distinct personalities, we’ve found that almost any visiting guest finds a "soulmate" in our pack. There's the gentle soul (Dom), the endless playmaker (Milo) and the sweet social butterfly (Izzy). We’ve seen it time and time again—no matter the temperament, at least one (and usually all three!) of our dogs will inevitably click with your fur baby. They provide great company during the morning hours, ensuring your pet feels like a member of the family from the moment they walk through the door. Whether your dog is a high-energy explorer or a senior who just wants to sniff the country air, we provide a structured, loving environment where they can thrive while you're away.

Your dog will never feel alone here! In the early morning hours, they’ll have our three social pups to keep them company and burn off energy. From lunchtime onwards, Micah works from home, meaning there is a human on-site for the majority of the day to oversee potty breaks, backyard explorations, and afternoon naps. We’ve found this routine works wonders for dogs who love having a pack to hang out with while still getting plenty of one-on-one human attention. We’ve carefully introduced many guest dogs to our trio, and we always ensure everyone is comfortable and safe before leaving them to bond. We have room to keep your pet separate but comfortable if they prefer their own space.

2-Acre Nature Retreat with Fenced Yard & In-Ground Pool! We believe that a vacation should be stress-free for both you and your pet. Our home is designed to be a haven where safety meets serenity. Safety & Serenity: Our home sits on 2 acres of stunning natural beauty, featuring a fully fenced-in (chain link) backyard. It’s the perfect blend of high-energy zoomies and peaceful nature watching. Whether your dog wants to sprint across the grass or simply observe the local birds from the shade, they can do so in a completely secure, enclosed environment. As lifelong pet owners, we are hyper-aware of safety. We perform regular perimeter checks of our fencing and ensure all gates are double-latched. Trust Through Instinct: We don't just watch dogs; we understand them. Our natural instincts with animals allow us to read subtle body language, helping us prevent stress before it starts and ensuring all interactions between our pack and your pup are positive and balanced. Environment: Your dog will never be relegated to a garage or a kennel. They will have full access to our living space, comfortable rugs for napping, and constant climate control. We treat our guests exactly like we treat our own three—as members of the family. Peace of Mind for You We know how hard it is to leave your pup behind. To ensure you feel as relaxed as your dog, we provide: Frequent Updates: Photo and video check-ins so you can see the "zoomies" in action. Transparent Communication: We are always just a text away if you want to check in on their behavior, appetite, or mood. Vetted Companionship: Our three resident dogs are fully vaccinated, well-socialized, and expert hosts. In addition to our large fenced in yard, we feature a large in-ground pool for our water-loving guests! Supervised Splashing: For dogs who love the water, the pool offers a fantastic way to cool off and get some low-impact exercise. Whether it’s fetching a floating toy or just wading on the steps, it’s always a highlight of the stay. Safety First: We take pool safety very seriously. Access to the pool area is strictly supervised at all times. If your dog isn't a swimmer or you prefer they stay dry, we ensure the pool area is off-limits during their outdoor play sessions so they can focus on the grass and trails instead. Post-Swim Care: If your pup does take a dip, we’re happy to give them a quick freshwater rinse and a towel dry so they stay fresh and comfortable when they head back inside.
