Pet care fits perfectly into my daily/weekly routine as, so I can easily accomplish walks at various times! I am able to walk dogs early in the morning as well as I am usually up by 6 AM in the morning.

Additionally, I love to give out treats but please let me know if there are any allergies or if you would prefer I did not leave a treat on my way out.

I love taking dogs on long walks where they can hear, smell, and see the neighborhood. I always will spend time in the home with your pet as well to make sure he/she is comfortable before heading out. If I am dog sitting for the day there are plenty of trails near me (the Bethesda trolley trail to name one) where we can take long walks in the shade.

Hi! My name is Marisa! I am a long time dog owner, Rover customer, and avid animal lover. As a dog owner myself, I understand that leaving your pet alone for a time being is stressful to the pet as well as you. That is why I will always make sure the water bowl is full (unless instructed otherwise for specific pet needs) and send frequent pictures and updates of your pet! I have experience caring for dogs from the puppy years all the way to their golden years. In regards to older dogs, I have pet sit for my mother’s 11 year old Yorkie for up to a month at a time and understand that senior dogs need special tender love and care.

Marisa is one of the most caring dog people I know. On a number of occasions, she has taken care of my dog Chase, and provided him with the love and attention he is accustomed to. She is kind, patient and loving to every dog that she interacts with. There is no one I would trust more with my four-legged best friend than Marisa!
Marisa went out of her way to accomodate any and all of our needs with Malcolm. She was quick to respond and had a really flexible schedule which was perfect. We will be back!
