I am a teacher, so I currently have summers off. During the school year, I am gone during the day from 7:30-2:50p Monday through Friday.

Pet care experience
My family has had pets my whole life. My parents' policy for getting a new pet was always that we needed to be able to be responsible and help take care of the animals, otherwise we couldn't have pets. I really started taking care of animals when my family got 2 cats when I was 10. I was the only person who wanted cats, so they were "my cats" and my responsibility to take care of. I taken care of friends' pets, professors' pets and my parents' current pets (including helping train their puppy).

I can’t say enough positive things about my experience with Marisa! I needed someone last minute for a holiday weekend and I was lucky that she was available. She was great at communicating with me throughout the weekend sending pictures and updates. I felt like my pup was in good hands. She left my apartment very tidy. I’d definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a caring pet sitter!
We use Marisa all the time and she’s great!
Marisa is great! She took care of our cat while we were out of town for a long weekend and made sure Freyja had everything she needed.
