The bigger, the better
I grew up around large dogs and one extra sweet Pomeranian and I can handle dogs of any size and class I have experience wrangling anxious German shepherds during fireworks and thunder storms. I also have experience working with senior dogs, including grooming and administering medications in different forms. I’m a dog person without a dog but I would love to help you and your four-legged friend(s) have a great, stress-free life.

With me, your dog won’t be in an open space without a leash, gates and doors will be closed, and potentially hazardous foods and materials will be out of reach. I’ve handled anxious and reactive dogs in the past and know the signs and behaviors of a stressed or otherwise overstimulated dog.

We had such a great experience! Our dog was happy, well cared for, and clearly got lots of love and attention while we were away. We really appreciated the updates and photos, and it gave us so much peace of mind. We came home to a happy pup and a well-kept house. We’d definitely book with her again!
I can’t thank Marisa enough for looking out for my “Sammy” when she watches him. He has accepted her as part of the family. This is typical for the Estrela Mountain Dog to bond with people they spend a lot of time with. Sammy is almost 2 and it is great how she helps with his socialization of other people and animals when she takes him out. Thank you again for being there for him, when I am unable.
Marisa has been such a great help with my German Shepard who’s now 9 Months old. Justice means the world to me, and I trust her with him when I’m away. She’s built a bond with him, and he loves having her come to watch him or take him to the park when I can’t. After watching her with him there’s no one else I would trust with my boy. She really cares about what shes doing and it shows in how she treats him. Thank you, Marisa, for all you do for Justice….

Dates de la garde
I work full-time but my job is hybrid so I do have some flexibility around lunchtime. Late afternoon, nights, and weekends are also fully available!
