I'm available for drop in and overnight care. I'm especially fond of senior pets. I grew up on a farm caring for cats, dogs, chickens, and pigs. I've always connected with animals very easily, and bring good energy to our time together. I've been a pet parent and caregiver for housemates for over 25 years. I have had three cats over the last 18 years. My eldest lived until 21 years old. My youngest is a healthy and happy 8 year old. I took care of my roommate's two dogs from 2018 until 2021, and took in my little sister's cat for several months until she found an apartment of her own.

I'm respectful of other people's spaces and house rules, I communicate as often or as little as requested. I have a working vehicle in case of emergencies.

Marquita watched our dog Biscuit while we were on a trip out of the country for 8 days. She was great with him and kept our house tidy as well. Would recommend her for your pet sitting needs!
Marquita was great! Her communication and responses were very prompt and she handled our slightly difficult cats very well (they don’t like each other so they have to be separated).
Mariquita watched my senior cat for a weekend during a family emergency and I don't know what I would've done without her. She replied quickly when I reached out, was professional, and was so sweet throughout. She was able to easily handle her complicated feeding schedule, giving medication, and dealing with her mobility issues. She was a blessing for me and my family.
Marquita took the best care of my gals Margot and Libby! They absolutely loved her and I got consistent updates and photos on them. Will be booking again!
