Pet care experience
Trust a professional
You know your pet better than anyone. You know their routine, their needs, what throws them off. And you know how hard it is to hand that over to someone you just met. Most sitters are fine. But "fine" isn't why you're still reading profiles. I pay attention to the things that actually matter to cats. I don't force affection on a cat who hasn't offered it. And I don't ignore a cat who's asking for it quietly. Extended trips - weeks, months - are my specialty. I’ve done them enough to know what most sitters get wrong on long stays. Certified in CPR & first aid by the American Red Cross. I've never had to use it. But if your cat eats something they shouldn't at 2am, I'm not Googling what to do - I already know. Your vet's number is in my phone before you leave. The nearest emergency clinic is mapped already too. In an emergency, your cat is my first priority.

Qualifications
Safety, trust & environment
House Sitting: Cats thrive on routine. That's why I come to you. Your cat stays in their familiar environment with the same sunbeams, same scratching post, same schedule. Feeding times, playtime, litter box maintenance, all exactly as you do it. And you get peace of mind too. While you're away, I'll water your plants, grab your mail, and leave everything spotless. You'll return to a happy cat and a clean home. Camera Policy: I'm completely comfortable with common-area cameras - a lot of my clients use them. I just ask that any cameras are disclosed upfront. Transparency both ways is how trust works. Let's get started Tell me about your cat, your dates, and what peace of mind looks like for you. I'll take it from there. You should be able to enjoy your trip without checking your phone every hour. First time booking? Use code MM37284 at signup and get $20 off your first stay - my way of saying thanks for trusting me with your cat. Open to price negotiation for new long-term clients.
Ratings and reviews
Marion was great with my shy cat & overconfident cat. I felt at ease while away knowing they were well cared for. She was able to pill my older cat & win his shyness over. She is an excellent cat sitter, very communicative.

Marion was wonderful! She sent lots of photos and updates every day while we were away, which gave us so much peace of mind. She was also incredibly flexible when we needed to adjust our dates at the last minute. Our home was left very tidy, and we came back to a very happy cat. We’re so grateful for her care and would happily book with her again. Thank you, Marion!

Marion took terrific care of my shy Charlie....who warmed up to her quickly. She was communicative, self sufficient and left the house tidy. Bonus, sweet kitty updates!

Marion was wonderful, I would absolutely book her again! She seemed to really take joy in spending time with my kittens and sent me loads of pictures and detailed updates, which really made me feel secure while we were away. :)

Marion took great care of my dog and cat, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My dog has a lot of energy and my cat can be a bit picky, but she handled both of them really well and made it look easy. She kept me updated while I was away, which I really appreciated. It made me feel a lot more at ease knowing they were in good hands. When I got back, both of them seemed well taken care of. I’d definitely book Marion again and would recommend her to anyone looking for someone reliable who genuinely cares about your pets.
I’m the kind of person who cancels plans because I don’t trust anyone with my pets. Not exaggerating. I turned down a wedding because the sitter I’d booked sent me a photo of my cat and I could see the water bowl was empty. Drove home that Midnight. Afterwards, I just stopped looking. Easier to stay home than go through that knot in your stomach when you’re three hours away wondering if your dog is actually okay or if “he’s doing great!” Is just what they text everyone. So when I say I’d hand my keys to Marion tomorrow and sleep through the night, that should tell you something. The first time, I did a one-night trial. Figured I’d feel it out, pick up early if something was off. What happened instead I got a video at 7pm of my cat - who takes 45 minutes to warm up to anyone - asleep on Marion’s lap. Not posed. Just… settled. You know what your cat looks like when they feel safe. That was it. I’ve booked Marion six times now. Here’s what’s different. She actually learned my cat. Not “cats” in general - my cat specifically. Knows he won’t eat if the bowl is near the door. Knows he gets restless at 4pm and needs more play time. Knows that when he sits by the window he’s not being cute, he’s anxious, and the fix is getting on the floor with him, not putting on the TV. I stopped sending my usual paragraph of instructions after the third visit because Marion already knew everything in it. That’s never happened with any sitter, ever. The thing people don’t realize until it’s too late is that most pet sitters are fine… until they’re not. Until your cat eats something weird and the sitter doesn’t notice for six hours. You won’t know until you come home and your pet is acting different and you’re piecing together what happened from a timeline that doesn’t add up. By then you’ve already paid and left a review and the damage is done. Marion sent me a photo once of a tiny scratch my cat got on a bush during a walk. Unprompted. With a note about what she cleaned it with. That’s the difference between someone who watches your pet and someone who actually cares about what happens to them. I actually adopted two more cats since then. I wouldn’t have done that if I didn’t know marion was there for whenever I need to travel. Honestly? Part of me doesn’t want to leave this review because I don’t want her calendar to fill up before my next trip. But she’s too good not to share.

Schedule
I work from home, which means your cat isn't alone all day waiting for me to come back. Most sitters spend their day running drop in’s on other pets, but I only book with one client at a time to ensure my full attention. I'm there - as the same presence they're used to having around.
Prices include all fees.
