Mario has extensive training and educational experience with animal care. His dedication is evident through the long hours he put into school in order to achieve his future dream of becoming a veterinarian. Therefore, with his commitment and extensive knowledge base, I felt he was the best person to care for my dog while I was away. My dog is a bit of a difficult temperament, with specific health and attention needs. Despite this, Mario has shown himself to be very understanding and flexible in providing the best support for me and my dog. I felt comfortable knowing that Mario was skilled in not only first-aid and animal health, but also behavioral needs/training. He has also proven to be responsible, attentive, and trustworthy. Most importantly, the love, compassion, and care I’ve seen him provide to not only my dog, but other people’s pets is truly unmatched. He really cares for them as if they were his own. Schedule
My daily routine consists of arriving at the zoo, assessing each and every animal to check if they are still in good health from the previous day, then specifically measuring and providing fresh food and water based on the animals diet, then after all the feeding is done I go and clean each pen afterwards I provide medication and vaccinations to unhealthy animals to get them back to good health, after that I spend some time with the animals and provide an educational background on each animal (zookeeper talk) then afterwards I get some grooming into my day a well groomed animal is a happy animal 😃
