I bring 19+ years of experience caring for pets, pet first aid certification, and a personal approach built around your pet’s routines, personality, and comfort. I’m also currently working toward a pet enrichment certification to deepen the knowledge I bring to everyday care. My approach is simple: every pet deserves to feel seen. That means learning what helps your pet feel comfortable, noticing their preferences, and adjusting our time together to their energy and needs. For one dog, that might mean a walk with plenty of time to sniff and explore. For another, gentle play followed by quiet companionship. For a cat, it might mean an invitation to engage—and the patience to let them approach on their own terms. I incorporate appropriate enrichment through activities such as sniffing, interactive play, and opportunities to explore and make choices. Your pet’s comfort, safety, and familiar routine guide what we do. You can expect: ✧ Personal attention to each pet, including in homes with multiple pets. ✧ Careful attention to feeding instructions, household routines, and your pet’s usual habits. ✧ Thoughtful photos and updates that tell you how your pet is doing, including observations about appetite, mood, and activity. ✧ Respect for your home and clear communication about the care you’ve booked. Based in Oak Lawn, I serve nearby Dallas neighborhoods, including Uptown, Turtle Creek, and the Design District. I’m familiar with apartment and high-rise routines, from building access to finding a comfortable walking pace in the Dallas heat. I offer walks, drop-ins, and house sitting, with custom care arrangements available upon request. Longer visits, multiple daily check-ins, evening companionship, and tailored household routines can be discussed based on your pet’s needs and my availability. We’ll agree on the schedule, included care, and pricing through Rover before booking. Tell me about your pet’s personality, favorite things, and daily routine. I never have to worry when I know Mario is with my babies. He takes of them as if they’re his own and they love him so much and would probably pick him over pup cups.

Mario seemed to care about Harley like she were his own dog. I really appreciate how he updated me and sent pics on a daily basis. I will definitely book with him again in the future.
