Hi there! We’re Marilyn and Haley, a mother-daughter team who truly love dogs. Our home is a calm, cozy retreat where your pup will receive plenty of one-on-one attention and feel like part of the family. To ensure every dog gets personalized care, we host one dog at a time unless dogs are from the same family, creating a relaxed, low-stress environment. We’re just steps from Thomas Jefferson Park and the Bobby Wagner Walk along the East River, offering beautiful places for walks, fresh air, and exercise. We have extensive experience caring for senior dogs and understand the extra patience, comfort, and attention they often need. Whether your pup loves to play or prefers a slower pace with plenty of cuddles, we’ll tailor their stay to fit their personality and routine. During every daycare visit or overnight stay, you’ll receive regular updates and photos, giving you peace of mind while you’re away. Your dog won’t just be staying with us, they’ll be welcomed as part of our family. We can’t wait to meet you and your pup! 🐾💛

Our days revolve around the dogs in our care. From morning walks to afternoon play sessions and evening snuggles, we make sure every pup gets the attention, exercise, and companionship they need.

Your dog’s safety and comfort are always our top priorities. We make sure every collar, harness, and leash is properly fitted and securely fastened before every walk. We also respect each dog’s individual personality and pace, using patience and positive encouragement to help them feel safe, comfortable, and confident.
A typical day
A typical day starts with a potty break and a morning walk, followed by time to relax, play, and enjoy plenty of one-on-one attention in our calm, cozy home. Throughout the day, we’ll head out for walks to nearby Thomas Jefferson Park or along the Bobby Wagner Walk on the East River, giving your pup fresh air, exercise, and lots of interesting sights and smells. Every dog’s routine is different, so we’ll match your pup’s energy level and preferences, whether they enjoy longer walks, playtime, or simply lounging in a sunny spot. On warm days, we schedule walks during the cooler hours, stay in the shade whenever possible, and always make sure fresh water is available. By the end of the day, your dog will have enjoyed a balance of activity, companionship, and relaxation, all while feeling safe, comfortable, and right at home. 🐾
