A chill space for your pup
Lover of all animals and flexible to meet various levels of energy needs! I have a private fenced patio for lounging, and also live right in between Central Park & Carl Schurz Park for longer walks. I will be mindful of upholding your house rules (ie. allowed on furniture, feeding times, etc.) while still making sure they feel a part of the crew at my place too!

Marika was fantastic and so communicative in watching our dogs. She was prompt, caring, and took our dogs on quality walks. We absolutely loved the photos she sent too - captured our babies at their finest 😂. We have 2 frenchies (one of which is a puppy of 10 weeks). Mia was thorough with her updates - detail about potty time or any accidents - which really made us feel at ease and informed about how potty training was progressing. I would highly recommend Mia and will plan on reserving her for any future needs. Beau and pumpkin miss you 😆- thanks again.

Marika did an awesome job watching Duke! We booked 2 weeks in a row, and Duke was clearly happy to see her the second week. She’s very communicative and easy to work with! We’ll be back!
I’ve used Marika twice now and both times have been wonderful! She is attentive to Kace’s needs, sends pictures, and dedicates ample time for play. Kace loves other dogs, so he has a blast spending time with Marika & Suki. I’ll definitely continue using her for future sittings.

Marika is very sweet and was very responsive to my texts. My 4 months old puppy had a great time at Marika’s place. She was able to socialize with other puppies, play and get used to spend some time at another home. Marika took great care of Brooklyn!! I’ll definitely book her in the future ?

Schedule
My work is hybrid. I will only accept bookings from new clients if it's days that I am home all day, for both your sake and mine! Once a pet has become more acquainted in our home, I may allow boarding on days that I have to be out of the house (usually only a few hours at a time) and will confirm with you at time of booking.

I typically take shorter-length walks in the morning (~15 min) and longer walks in the evening (30 min - 1 hr). If you have an active dog that needs to run, I'll be happy to either take them to a dog park or an open area to play fetch!
Pets
A typical day
Long walks around the city and park, going to the dog park to chase other pups around, or playing fetch are all options for your doggo! My dog is a bit older, so he does like to play for short bursts and then mostly chills, so happy to get the extra energy out if you have younger babies
