My journey with animals did not start as a job. It began when I was 10 years old and welcomed my first cat into my life. Since then, animals have always been part of my world. I also grew up with a beloved Shih Tzu who was part of our family for 16 wonderful years and taught me what patient, devoted, long-term care truly looks like. Over the years, I have gained hands-on pet-sitting experience with many different animals and breeds, from energetic Golden Retrievers to Maine Coons, playful kittens, and small companion dogs. I understand that every pet has its own personality, routine, comfort level, and needs. I live with my husband in a two-floor apartment with hardwood floors and no carpets. I am happy to lift and carry pets on the stairs when needed, as long as they are comfortable being picked up. No matter the age, breed, or temperament, your pet will be treated with patience, attention, and care, just like part of the family.

This was my first experience boarding my cat Mew Mew. Mariia and her husband were fantastic, the space was clean and spacious. They were understanding when I realized I hadn’t allowed myself enough travel time, and flexible with her pick up schedule. When I came to pick up Mew it was clear they had a great time with her and cared for her as their own. My only concern would be Mew preferring her new vacation home over mine! She looks forward to returning for a longer stay in August.

Schedule
Pet care fits into my routine really easily because I work from home and have a flexible schedule, so I’m able to give all the needed attention to your pet throughout the day. That means plenty of walks, playtime, bathroom breaks, and just being around so they feel cared for and not left alone for too long. I genuinely enjoy spending time with dogs and cats, keeping them active, entertained, and comfortable, and making sure they feel safe and happy while you’re away.

Safety, trust & environment
I live with my husband in a two-floor condo with its own backyard, and while it isn’t fenced, I’m very mindful of safety and always keep dogs secure when they're outside. The area around us has plenty of green space, which makes walks much more enjoyable and gives dogs lots of room to explore, sniff, and play.
A typical day
Activities will always be based on your pet’s personality, energy level, and routine. We can enjoy walks, playtime with favorite toys, simple training games, treat puzzles, belly rubs, cuddles, and plenty of relaxed time together. For pets who prefer a quieter day, I am also happy to simply keep them company while they nap, watch the neighborhood, or follow me around the house. I will make sure they feel comfortable, entertained, and cared for while you are away.
