Hello! My name is Mariia. I’m originally from Ukraine and now live in the beautiful city of Chicago. I have over nine years of professional experience in pet care, including five years with Wag as a dog walker, along with pet sitting and boarding services. I grew up with dogs, so caring for dogs has always been a huge part of my life- not just a job, but a passion. When it comes to boarding and walks, I focus on giving each dog individual, attentive care. I work part-time, which allows me to care for dogs full time - with plenty of walks, playtime, attention, and love. I live right across from a park and near the lake, making daily walks and outdoor time easy and enjoyable. I also offer free pick-up and drop-off for your convenience. I treat every dog as if they were my own. Dogs are welcome on the couch and bed, and I make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and at home. I understand how important communication is, so I always send lots of photo and video updates to keep pup parents informed and reassured throughout the day. I’m a non-smoking household, very patient, responsible, and attentive to each dog’s unique personality, routine, and needs. Whether it’s long walks, calm companionship, or extra cuddles, I make sure every dog gets the care they deserve. I can’t wait to meet you and your dog! 🐾

Schedule
I work part-time, which allows me to dedicate plenty of time to fur babies for walks, playtime, and attentive care throughout the day. I give each pet my full attention.

I understand how important trust is when leaving your furry family member in someone else’s care, which is why I provide reliable, loving, and attentive care - along with regular photo and video updates so you can feel connected and reassured while you’re away.
A typical day
A typical day of boarding is relaxed and fun. We start with walks and playtime, spend time exploring the park near my home, and enjoy longer walks or a visit to the lake when the weather is nice. There’s plenty of supervised play, quiet time to relax, and lots of cuddles throughout the day.
