Hi! I’m Mariela 🐾 NYC DOHMH certified in Animal Care & Handling with 20+ years of hands-on pet care experience, beginning alongside my veterinarian uncle when I was 13. Together with my mom and sister, we run Crazy Loving Pet Care; a Latina-owned, women-run, LGBTQIA+ friendly home-based pet care service in Bellerose, Queens. 🏡🐶 We offer limited, personalized bookings so every pup receives attentive, structured care in a warm home environment, never a high-volume kennel. We’re bilingual (English/Spanish 🇩🇴), experienced with puppies, seniors, rescues, and different energy levels, and have reliable transportation available. Safe, loving care with plenty of communication, enrichment, rest, and belly rubs, with permission, of course. 🤎🐾

My availability is intentionally limited so each pet receives focused, personalized care in our home. 🐾 I balance pet care with other responsibilities, so advance booking is strongly encouraged, especially for weekends, holidays, and longer stays. Drop-Off & Pick-Up 🏡 Weekdays: By scheduled arrangement Weekends: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Early or late drop-offs/pickups may be accommodated case-by-case and may include an additional $20–$50 convenience fee, depending on timing. 🚗 Transportation: Pickup/drop-off service is available for $40 round trip, depending on location and availability. Because we accept a limited number of bookings, scheduled arrival and departure times are important. This helps us maintain a calm, structured environment and give every pup the attention they deserve. 🤎 Planning a trip? Send your request early to reserve your pup’s stay!

Crazy Loving Pet Care offers a calm, structured, home-based boarding environment with intentionally limited bookings so every pup receives attentive, personalized care. 🏡🐾 🐶 New clients: A meet & greet and pet intake are required before the first stay to make sure we’re a comfortable and safe fit for everyone. 🏠 Home environment: Dogs enjoy access to appropriate areas of our clean, climate-controlled home based on their temperament, energy level, and individual needs. Separate spaces are available when needed. 🛏️ Crates: Available for dogs who are already crate-trained or when appropriate for meals, rest, or decompression. Please let us know your pup’s normal routine beforehand. 🌿 Outdoor safety: Yard time is supervised, with secure fencing, cameras, protective barriers, and regularly maintained pet-safe pest control. 🍽️ Meals: Dogs are fed separately to reduce stress, resource guarding, and unnecessary conflict. 🐱 Cats live in our home: Please disclose any prey drive or history with cats before booking. Not every dog will be an appropriate fit, and safety always comes first. ⭐ Honesty matters: Please share behavioral concerns, fears, triggers, medical needs, escape tendencies, or other important quirks before the stay. There’s no judgment, accurate information helps us determine whether we can safely provide the care your pup needs. Our priority is simple: fewer bookings, attentive care, a peaceful home, and everyone going home safe and happy. 🤎🐾

Every pup’s day looks a little different! 🐾 We follow their usual routine as closely as possible while balancing play, enrichment, outdoor time, and plenty of rest. 🌤️ Morning potty break + breakfast 🐕 Supervised yard time, walks & play 🧠 Enrichment, light training & individual attention 😴 Midday naps and quiet decompression time 🍽️ Dinner + evening potty/play 🛋️ Snuggles, relaxation & bedtime based on their home routine Our secure yard gives pups plenty of room to safely explore and get their zoomies out. Dogs are introduced thoughtfully, and socializing is never forced, pups who prefer their own space receive individual play and relaxation time instead. 🤎 Whether your dog is energetic, shy, senior, cuddly, or happiest doing their own thing, our goal is to make their stay feel comfortable, safe, and as close to home as possible. 🏡🐶
