Hi! I’m Mariela ☺️ I’ve loved dogs for as long as I can remember. My sweet pup crossed the rainbow bridge in 2024, and now my fiancé and I are so happy to open our home and hearts to pups who need a loving place to stay. I have experience with both small and large breeds, senior dogs, and pups who need a little extra patience or comfort. My fiancé works full time in the office, but he’s just as passionate about caring for dogs and loves helping with walks, playtime, and keeping them active when he can. We always make sure our fur guests feel right at home, with plenty of cuddles, play, and attention. I also share regular updates with photos and notes so you can relax knowing your pup is happy, safe, and cared for like family.

This was Winston’s third time staying with Mariela and Nico, and he absolutely loved it! It’s such a relief knowing he’s in a place where he’s comfortable, happy, and well cared for. They always take such great care of him and send lots of pictures, which gives me so much peace of mind. It’s clear he feels right at home.
Mariela has easily become our go-to caretaker for Moose. Whenever we leave him with her, we know that he is in the best hands and will receive just as much love and attention as he does at home. Since Mariela always provides timely updates/photos, we’re never worried about how Moose is doing. We are super grateful to have such a loving, dependable person to take care of Moose!
This is my second time using Mariela and her boyfriend and once again they were amazing! Super reliable, communicative, and took great care of my pup. Will definitely book again!
Cali had a fantastic stay with Mariela and Niko. They made her feel right at home and gave her all the love and attention that I would have. They sent tons of pictures (which I greatly appreciated) and updates each day so I knew my girl was being well taken care of. Will definitely use them again!

Schedule
I work a hybrid schedule and spend 2–3 days a week in the office, but since my apartment is just a short walk away, it’s easy for me to stop by for walks, potty breaks or playtime as needed. I’m all about making sure dogs get fresh air, exercise and lots of love during the day. My schedule is flexible, so I’m happy to adjust to whatever your dog needs to feel happy and at ease.

I provide attentive and loving care for pets in both your home and mine, tailored to their specific needs. I treat every pup like they’re my own! In my home, your dog will get lots of love, comfy spots to nap, fun playtime and safe walks around the neighborhood. I make sure they feel relaxed and part of the family. If I’m caring for your dog in your home, I’ll stick closely to their routine so they feel happy and secure. I keep things tidy, give them plenty of attention, and always send you updates so you know they’re doing great.
A typical day
We’ll have so much fun together! I love taking pups on neighborhood walks with plenty of time to sniff around and explore. If they love playing fetch or tug-of-war, I’m all in. For dogs who just want extra cuddles, I’m happy to hang out on the couch for cozy nap time and belly rubs. I always try to match each dog’s energy so they feel happy, tired and loved by the end of the day!
