I currently work part-time so my schedule is pretty flexible. I don't take on too many clients at one time so I have more time to focus on the furballs. How many clients I take on also depends on how many furballs you have and what their needs are.

I have 3 kitties and we live in a 650sq ft apartment. Currently with a roommate who started helping me take care of my furballs. They have an Omega-Paws litter box that we clean 1-2 times a day. I give them filtered water and their food is Purina Natural's Indoor formula. They have a scratching post and jingly balls to play with. And all 3 kitties graciously share my bed with me. I brush them when they let me and take them to the vet about every other year or when needed. They are pretty healthy and I haven't had an emergency vet visit with any of them including the 13 year old. How I care for clients pets depends on the needs of the fur-babies and how many there are. I sometimes make an extra drop in on furballs that have special needs for meds. Also for drop ins I do spend a little time visiting and playing with pets for company til parents get home.

I mostly did pet sitting during my college years 10 years ago. I still do it off and on when work is slow. I have done dog walking, drop ins, some overnight stays if necessary esp during emergency out of town trips for family member illness or funerals...etc... I have taken care of senior pets, giving them their meds and doing an extra drop in occasionally.

Marie (Jesi) did a good job sitting Jazzy while I was away. She sent me periodic updates and photos as appropriate. I trust Marie to give Jazzy medicine and she follows instructions to the letter. My house was in good order as I had left it.
Marie (Jesi) took great care of my dog during my absence. She left me updates and pictures daily. She asked appropriate questions related to my dog and gave good feedback. And, good news she left my house in very good order just like I left it. I highly recommend Jesi for your pet sitting.
Jesi (Marie) was great and took very good care of our puppy while she had kennel cough and we were on vacation. She let us know how our puppy was doing and administered medication throughout her stay at our house. Our house was also maintained very well while we were away.
